ORLANDO, Fla. — A cold front is expected Tuesday evening, giving a slight break from the warmer temperatures.
Here’s what’s you can expect:
- A few showers are expected with the front Tuesday evening with temps in the mid-60s.
- Showers should start after 9 p.m.
- Heaviest activity around midnight. An isolated storm is possible.
- Showers ending around 2 a.m. Wednesday
- Much cooler temps, between the upper 70s and low-80s, are expected on Wednesday.
- The biggest change will be less humidity levels across Central Florida.
- Mostly sunny skies and comfortable afternoons the rest of the week.
- Mornings with temperatures in the upper 50s start on Thursday.

The greatest risk for severe storms is across the Florida panhandle and into Georgia. Our highest risk level (3) is where a tornado watch is in effect now, risk level (2) has a moderate threat tonight.
