Hurricane Dorian: One year later after the category 5 hurricane stalled over the Bahamas

ORLANDO, Fla. — It’s been one year since hurricane Dorian entered the Bahamas. This category 5 hurricane sat over the Bahamas for 36 hours, making landfall on September 1 and exiting on the 4th, just parallel to Central Florida. Dorian’s maximum sustained winds reached 185 mph. Over $3.4 billion and killing 74 people, and over 200 people are still missing.
