ORLANDO, Fla. — The workweek is set to get off to a partly cloudy start.

Channel 9 meteorologist Brian Shields has the details on Monday’s forecast below:

  • Partly cloudy skies are in the forecast with a 30% chance of a shower or storm.
  • The high temperature is set to remain below 90, topping out at 88 degrees.
  • In the tropics, Tropical Storm Zeta is forecast to continue tracking toward Louisiana, nearing the state on Wednesday. The storm is expected to stay west of Central Florida, but we will look for a surge of tropical moisture this week.
