ORLANDO, Fla. — On and off fast-moving showers are expected to roll through Central Florida Monday due to Tropical Storm Eta in the Gulf of Mexico.
It’s also going to be very gusty in Central Florida.

Rainbands affected parts of Florida on Tuesday. Central Florida is forecast to have breezy conditions and gusts could reach up to 20mph.Rain will slightly wind down overnight, only a few isolated showers are possible, and they will still move fast.
Low temperatures tonight will stay in the low-70s.
For Wednesday across Central Florida, we can expect on and off downpours that will be moving fast. Breezy conditions will continue, winds out of the east with gusts that could reach 20 mph.
Rainfall could reach 3 inches for some areas across Central Florida, especially along the coast in Brevard County through Thursday. Some isolated higher amounts are possible with the embedded storms.
The seas will be very dangerous, 15 to 18 feet seas are possible. There could be coastal flooding, especially during high tides.
Central Florida’s weather will remain with intermittent rains and breezy through Thursday. By Friday, the chance for showers will be decreasing. The weekend looks to be sunny, but toasty.
