There are many events going on across Central Florida focused around the solar eclipse.
Many schools are allowing parents to pick up the kids earlier if they wish, otherwise many schools will take the kids inside to watch the coverage on television or online.
Orange County public libraries will hold special events to celebrate the historic solar eclipse. The event will teach kids of all ages about the solar eclipse while they do interactive activities relating to the phenomenon. Keep in mind the registration is required ahead of time.
If your kiddo is in school, have their teacher tune into our FB live on Monday - we'll take questions. Great views. pic.twitter.com/wTHEaqBEMM
