Another night in the 40s, across much of Central Florida; cold stretch stays on Wednesday

Central Florida Weather: temperatures by Wednesday morning

ORLANDO, Fla. — There was some frost Tuesday morning across parts of Central Florida. Temperatures will once again be cold tonight, some rural areas could drop to the mid to upper-30s by Wednesday morning. Orlando and metro areas will drop to the low-40s.

Sunny weather will continue on Wednesday with highs still around 10 degrees below average for this time of the year, close to 65 degrees. The winds will be light from the northwest.

At the beach, the winds have decrease and seas will remain mostly calm, the wind will be from the west between 5-10 mph, area-wide.

Temperatures are slowly climbing. Expect the warming trend to continue through the weekend. Afternoons in the 70s arrive by Friday.

Several water parks around Central Florida have announced they'll be closed for Monday and Tuesday due to the cold air. 

Temperatures will remain below average during the workweek but increasing. By the weekend, highs will be closer to the average for this time of the year, the mid-70s.
