ORLANDO, Fla. — On Wednesday, the nation celebrates veterans and active-duty military members.
Tropical Storm Eta will bring gusty and rainy conditions to Central Florida.
The storm will bring more rain for the area Wednesday night and into Thursday, along with some gusty/squally weather.
There is a 40% chance of showers for Wednesday.

Eta’s speed has picked up overall so things should go back to normal once it passes.
Tropical storm conditions will be possible Thursday at times, with an isolated tornado threat.

Rainfall could reach 3 inches for some areas across Central Florida, especially along the coast in Brevard County through Thursday. Some isolated higher amounts are possible with the embedded storms.
The seas will be very dangerous, 15 to 18 feet seas are possible. There could be coastal flooding, especially during high tides.
Temperatures will stay in the low 80s.
