BREVARD COUNTY, Fla. — Two people were killed in a murder-suicide Sunday night at a gas station in Mims, Brevard County Fire Rescue said.
Firefighters went to the Raceway on U.S. 1 at the intersection of State Road 46 a little after 8 p.m. to treat two patients with gunshot wounds.
Deputies identified the victim of the incident as Kristy Brunson, 36, of Altamonte Springs and the suspect as Maurice Jackson, 32, of Winter Springs.

One was pronounced dead at the scene and the other died at the hospital, deputies said.
Brevard County Sheriff’s Office personnel are investigating and believe the incident is isolated, but still ask anyone with information about Brunson or Jackson to call Crimeline at 1-800- 423-8477 or contact law enforcement.
