Suspect in Orlando nightclub shooting bonds out of jail

ORLANDO, Fla. — One of the men arrested in connection with the Glitz Ultra Lounge shooting bonded out of jail Friday.

Jose Brull Lopez, 22, and Luis Cruz Nazario, 20, were arrested Thursday for their alleged involvement with a fatal shooting at the nightclub.

Lopez was being held on a $50,150 bond, while Nazario was being held without bond.

Jonathan Rojas and Joseph Villalobos were killed in the shooting, and 10 others were injured.

According to the arrest affidavit, a fight that broke out between two groups, and someone opened fire.

Lopez was originally arrested the day after the shooting on charges of carrying a concealed weapon and tampering with evidence but was rearrested Thursday on new charges of shooting into or throwing a deadly missile into a structure and use of a firearm as a felon.
