Arrest made in killing of 19-year-old Orlando man

ORLANDO, Fla. — Police arrested a man Wednesday on charges of killing a 19-year-old in Orlando.

Orlando police said last month, Rodgerick Shoulders Jr. shot and killed Jacob Almond at the Serrano apartment complex on Cypress Woods Drive.

Another person was also shot, but survived.

Police said Almond was targeted.

Shoulders was charged with first-degree murder and attempted first-degree murder.
