Burglar leaves driver's license at scene of crime

PLANTATION, Fla. — A burglar left behind his driver's license when he fled the scene of the crime in a Plantation car dealership, said authorities.

Investigators said surveillance video shows two men breaking through the dealership's glass window, and when one of the men takes out his cellphone, he dropped his ID.

"We we're all laughing pretty hard. Obviously, we were upset, but it wasn't too hard for the cops to put this one together," said said Danny Fleming of Arion Motors.

Police said the man they arrested even posted a picture of himself on Facebook, holding a set of keys that the dealership said belongs to it.

Police said they are still searching for the second burglar.
