ORANGE COUNTY, Fla. — Political leaders in Central Florida are reacting to the devastating news of the Barcelona van terror attack.
At least 13 are dead after a driver in van plowed into a crowd on Barcelona's popular La Rambla street.
Orange County and Orlando mayors tweeted out their condolences along with Gov. Rick Scott and Orlando police Chief John Mina.
