Orange County deputies say a man was found shot to death in a parking lot at Millennium Eagle Apartments early Sunday morning.
The victim, identified only as a 31-year-old man, was found near the back of the apartment complex by residents near the 4000 block of Barwood Drive just before 3 a.m.
The man was pronounced dead on the scene as a result of at least one gunshot wound, according to investigators.
Employees who work at the Texas Fried Chicken on Americana Boulevard told Channel 9’s Julie Salomone that the victim worked at the restaurant and made a delivery to the apartment complex.
Deputies have not confirmed that information to Eyewitness News.
He will not be identified until his family has been notified of his death.
Deputies have not released any information they may have on a possible suspect.
