FLAGLER COUNTY, Fla. — A Flagler County man was arrested Wednesday after deputies said he crashed a stolen Maserati.

Deputies responded to a home on 17 Pine Crest Lane in Palm Coast after someone called 911 saying they heard gunfire.

Deputies found no evidence of shots fired, but spotted two stolen vehicles, one being a red Maserati reported stolen out of Orlando, in the driveway.

Witnesses saw two men run out of the home and drive away in the vehicles.

Deputies said the driver of the Maserati lost control and crashed into bushes at White Mill Drive and Whiteview Parkway.

The driver, identified by deputies as Jaquadis Johnson, 21, was tracked down by deputies and a K-9 on Wheatfield Drive and Wheeler Lane.

Johnson was arrested and is facing charges of grand theft auto, resisting arrest without violence and leaving the scene of a crash.

He was not injured in the crash.

Deputies are still looking for the other man and vehicle.
