Orlando family's home shot at, children inside

ORLANDO, Fla. — Orange County deputies are looking for the person who shot at family’s home in Orlando.

The mother, father and two young girls just moved to the home near Roger Babson Road in Orlando.

Deputies said the home, which is now riddled with bullet holes, was shot at Monday morning and no one was hit.

The family told WFTV the girls were so traumatized that had to be taken to the hospital.

“I am not concerned about no one but my kids, they are frightened, anything we see or hear, we are shaking,” Sebine Coleman said as tears ran down her face.

She said as soon as they shut the front door Monday morning, someone opened fire.

The family said they were inside at the time lying on the ground as the shooter opened close to 30 shots.

They said it sounded like a war zone.

“It was so many shots and it was a very loud gun,” the father, Jack Coleman, said.

The Colemans had just moved to Orlando from Sarasota about a month ago with their thirteen and seven year old daughters.

“My children were in there hiding and screaming” Jack said.

They said they found the ad online for the home and thought it was a good deal and never expected something like this would happen.

According to Orange County Sheriff's Office they still don't know who shot at the home.

The family said they no longer plan to stay at the home and plan to move out right away.
