PUTNAM COUNTY, Fla. - A 3-year-old boy was killed in a hit-and-run crash in Putnam County Tuesday night.
Deputies said Wednesday that they found a white Honda with a disabled veterans tag and dual exhaust pipes that was involved in the crash.
