ORANGE COUNTY, Fla. — A fire was reported at Animal Kingdom’s ‘Festival of the Lion King’ theater show Monday, Disney officials said.
The fire broke out at about 4:15 p.m. under one of the floats.
Guests were evacuated from the theater and the fire was out before Reedy Creek Fire Rescue got to the scene.
Video showed guests being evacuated as the smoke surrounded the float.
There were no reports of injuries.
