ORANGE COUNTY, Fla. - A fire engulfed a building early Thursday at Tymber Skan on the Lake Condominiums, Orange County Fire Rescue said.
The blaze was reported shortly before 5:45 a.m. at Green Pocket and Windcross lanes, firefighters said.
Investigators said they believe someone torched the building, which was vacant and didn't have power.
Flames quickly swept through the building because its drywall was removed, which was likely done to prepare it for demolition, firefighters said. Crews have demolished 28 buildings at the complex in recent years.

Since 2012, more than 40 fires have been reported at the troubled complex, most of which were lit by arsonists, officials said.
Firefighters will remain at the scene for several hours to ensure the fire doesn't rekindle.
