Flagler deputies searching for 'cross-dressing male' tying pantyhose to cars

The Flagler County Sheriff's Office is asking for the public's help to locate "a cross dressing male tying women's pantyhose to vehicles."

FLAGLER COUNTY, Fla. — The Flagler County Sheriff's Office is asking for the public's help to locate "a cross-dressing male tying women's pantyhose to vehicles."

Deputies said in a Facebook post that the man was tying the pantyhose to vehicles in the Home Depot parking lot in Palm Coast.

"We need to identify him before this escalates to a more serious situation," Sheriff Rick Staly said in the post.

A woman who wrote a comment on FCSO's Facebook post said it happened to a friend of hers and it was scary.

Anyone with any information about the man is asked to call FCSO at 386-313-4911 or Crime Stoppers of Northeast Florida at 1-888-277-TIPS to remain anonymous.
