JACKSONVILLE, Fla. — Parents having tea with their children is a sweet image for anyone to see, but when your dad is a cop, the image is especially striking.

How cute is this? JSO Officer McCullough and his daughter having a tea party before work. We love it! #BehindtheBadge

The Jacksonville Sheriff's Office has organized other events and initiatives to ease tensions with the community, including Coffee with a Cop.

On Tuesday, the Jacksonville Sheriff's Office shared a photo of one of their own, JSO Officer McCullough, having tea with his toddler who was wearing a fluffy pink dress.

It's the latest photo tagged in the #behindthebadge photo series, a local initiative to humanize officers behind their badge in the wake of police brutality.

The photos of JSO officers usually feature an officer and an interesting fact about them that sets them a part from their position, which is written on a white piece of paper.

We are real people just like you. We laugh, we cry, we have families. We have hobbies, weird allergies, and like to enjoy life. We are real people #BehindtheBadge. Meet K9 Officer Linda Morgan

Other police departments nationwide have used a similar method to display their officers, like the San Antonio Police Department and Clinton Police Department.
