Little league coach thanks heroes who saved him from cardiac arrest

ORANGE COUNTY, Fla. — A Little League softball coach had the opportunity to thank the people who helped save his life after he went into cardiac arrest at his daughter’s game.

Jason James suffered cardiac arrest during the game in March.

Three bystanders immediately jumped in to help, performing CPR and using an automated external defibrillator, or AED, to help restart his heart.

The Orlando Fire Department also responded to the emergency.

James has now been reunited with the bystanders and first responders who helped save his life, giving him a chance to personally thank the people whose quick actions helped him survive.
