Man accused of killing neighbors facing new charge

TITUSVILLE, Fla. — WFTV learned Friday that a Titusville man accused of gunning down three neighbors on Labor Day is facing a new charge.

Military veteran William Woodward has now been charged with disorderly conduct and breech of peace, in addition to murder because two of the neighbors died.

The new charge is related to an incident where Woodward's neighbors said he threatened them and showed a gun.
