Man drives into huge oak tree limb on I-Drive

ORLANDO, Fla. — A man said he drove into an oak tree limb that fell onto International Drive early Tuesday morning.

Pat Juliano said he was on his way to work when it happened.

The limb split off from the oak tree, blocking the northbound lanes of I-Drive.

Juliano said he didn't notice the tree until it was too late and drove into the branches.

He said drivers should have been warned about the hazard on the road.

"I don't understand why, while they were on patrol, nobody saw this tree on the road. But what are you going to do?" asked Juliano.

Juliano was not hurt, but he said his car was heavily damaged.

WFTV was told Orange County will clean up the mess.
