Man fatally shot at 7-Eleven near Pine Hills

ORANGE COUNTY, Fla. — A 24-year-old man was fatally shot early Sunday at a 7-Eleven near Pine Hills, the Orange County Sheriff’s Office said.

The man was fatally shot shortly after 1:30 a.m. at the 7-Eleven in the Westland Terrace Plaza on West Colonial Drive west of North Hiawassee Road, said Lourdes Clayton, a Sheriff’s Office spokeswoman.

The man, who wasn’t publicly identified, was found in the parking lot with multiple gunshot wounds, Clayton said.

He was brought to Ocoee’s Health Central Hospital, where he was pronounced dead.

The gunman remains at large.
