MBI said it will target massage parlor owners, not just prostitutes

ORANGE COUNTY, Fla. — State agents busted a massage parlor on prostitution charges in Orange County.

Agents took down B Sister Spa on East Colonial Drive.

Jie Qu, 39, sobbed as MBI agents led her out of the building.

She has been arrested three times before in New Jersey, but MBI agents said this could be her last arrest in the United States.

She's suspected of being an undocumented immigrant and if so, will be deported.

MBI agents has found that simply arresting the prostitutes at massage businesses does not stop the problem, because it's their sixth prostitution case at the business in east Orange County since 2012.

"We've reached out to the owner of the business; he's ignored us. We've reached out to the owner of the property; he's completely ignored us," Lt. Mike Gibson of the MBI said.

The MBI said it will be ignored no more.

"Now we're going to start attacking the business owners who are allowing this," Gibson said.

"MBI will be back, if you continue to turn a blind eye, eventually we're going to get to you and take you to jail."

If property owners allow prostitution to continue they will face nuisance boards where they could be fined, and ultimately their property could be seized.
