Cops: Man arrested on child molestation charges blamed 5-year-old

MARION COUNTY, Fla. — An Ocala man has been arrested for inappropriate contact with a 5-year-old child, according to the Marion County Sheriff's Office.

Timothy Robert Dacey, 68, is charged with lewd or lascivious molestation, investigators said.

According to investigators, the child told them that in addition to the contact, Dacey showed the child pornographic material.

Investigators said Dacey told them the child was at fault.

Dacey was booked into the Marion County Jail Monday on a $15,000 bond.
