ALTAMONTE SPRINGS, Fla. — Brazen thieves smashed display cases and stole phones at an Altamonte Springs Verizon store while customers were still inside, police said.
Two men barged into the store on the 400 block of East Altamonte Drive at about 8 p.m. Wednesday, police said.
Police said the men smashed the display cases, threw stuff around and stole thousands of dollars worth of phones while people were shopping inside the store.
Police said they’re still looking for the men.
Surveillance video, which is expected to be released Thursday, captured the incident, police said.
No other information was released.
