Suspicious device closes streets in St. Cloud

ST. CLOUD, Fla. — Some St. Cloud streets were closed while police and firefighters investigated a suspicious device.

Fourteenth Avenue was closed between Oregon and Mississippi streets, according to St. Cloud Police. U.S. 192 was closed for a while as investigators worked at the scene.

Police said some businesses in the area were evacuated.

Police cleared the scene around 10 a.m.
