LAKE BUENA VISTA, Fla. — A YouTube video published over the weekend purportedly shows a firework exploding on a roadway adjacent to Hollywood Studios.
The poster said they were riding on a Disney bus from the Magic Kingdom to Caribbean Beach and as they passed Hollywood Studios the “Star Wars: A Galactic Spectacular” fireworks show was going on.
“One of the fireworks must have misfired and landed on the road,” the video’s description said. “It hit the side of a passing PT Cruiser, (knocking) one of its hubcaps across the lanes.”
The video was published on Sunday.
While the explosion looks dramatic, the poster said, “As far as I am aware, no one was injured by this event.”
Disney did not make a mention the incident on its website and a comment from the company was not immediately available.
