Witnesses help police track down alleged hit-and-run driver in St. Cloud

ST. CLOUD, Fla. — A motorcyclist is in critical condition after being struck by a vehicle in St. Cloud, police said.

The person who hit the victim fled the scene, but multiple witnesses were able to help track down the driver, police said.

The crash happened about 8:15 a.m. Friday on U.S. 192 and Delaware Avenue.

Police said the man was thrown from his motorcycle.

The driver, who has not been identified, was arrested.

No other details were released.
