Officials: Titusville house fire ruled suspicious

TITUSVILLE, Fla. — Officials said a house fire in Titusville has been ruled as suspicious.

Firefighters rushed to the home on Slash Pine Court in the Hickory Hills Subdivision around 12:15 a.m. Saturday, officials said.

According to firefighters, the fire was contained to one room but the rest of the house sustained smoke and heat damage.

Two adults and two children escaped the house fire uninjured, firefighters said.

Officials said the fire is being considered suspicious. Both the State Fire Marshal and Titusville police are investigating.
