ORANGE COUNTY, Fla. — Orange County Sheriff Jerry Demings has won a third term.
Demings was running against opponent Paul “Spike” Hopkins, who was a former deputy with the sheriff’s office that Demings oversaw.

Hopkins told Channel 9's Shannon Butler that when he wakes up, he's still retired and he still has his family.
