7 things to know now: Trump heading to Mexico; Chris Brown arrest; commercial flights to Cuba

What to know now:

1. Headed south of the border: Republican presidential nominee Donald Trump will be going to Mexico Wednesday, hours before he is scheduled to give a major speech on immigration. Trump will meet with Mexican president Enrique Pena Nieto. Pena Nieto said he invited both Trump and Clinton to visit the country and that, so far, Trump was the only one to take him up on the offer.

2. More Benghazi emails: The FBI has found 30 emails related to the attack on the U.S. consulate in Benghazi, Libya, in a batch of thousands the agency recovered during an investigation into Hillary Clinton's use of a private email server. According to the FBI, the emails were not among the 55,000 pages of emails Clinton agreed to turn over to the State Department. According to the State Department, the emails will  not be released until the end of September after they are reviewed.

3. Chris Brown arrest: After a some 14-hour standoff with police at his Los Angeles home, singer Chris Brown was arrested on charges of assault with a deadly weapon. The incident started when a woman claimed Brown pointed a gun at her face in his home early Tuesday. The woman said some of Brown's associates then chased her as she ran from the home. She told police she hid under a neighbor's SUV.

4. Drug-resistant gonorrhea: The World Health Organization told doctors Tuesday they fear a new strain of  drug-resistant gonorrhea due to the overuse of antibiotics. The WHO no longer recommends using quinolones to treat gonorrhea because they are seeing more drug-resistant strains of the disease. A  new class of antibiotics, cephalosporins, should be used to treat the 78 million people who will contract the disease each  year, the organization said.

5. Primary wins: In primary elections Tuesday, Republicans Marco Rubio  (Fla) and John McCain (Ariz.) both defeated challengers to their senate seats and will move on to the general election in November. Likewise, Democratic Congresswoman Debbie Wasserman Schultz, who was ousted from her job as chairman of the Democratic party following a release of hacked emails, won her primary against a Bernie Sanders-backed challenger.

A plane, scheduled to take off from Fort Lauderdale Wednesday and head to Santa Clara, Cuba, is the first commercial flight between the United States and the island nation in more than 50 years. The Jet Blue flight is the first of what will become more than 400 flights a week connecting the U.S. with Cuba after the easing of a 55-year-old trade embargo with the country.
