The shooting led to 49 people dead and dozens wounded with the episode also focusing on members of the LGBT community in Orlando.

In preview clips, one of the victims of the Orlando shooting, Tony, speaks with MTV cameras during his hospital visit.

"People think that because I got released from the hospital and I'm in rehab right now, that I'm OK," he says to MTV crews. "I'm not OK. I'm still connected to a machine because of my back. I have a hole in my back. My arm is still shattered. It's healing, but I don't have movement in my two fingers."

Tony visits a memorial in a second clip where he talks about paying his respects to those who lost their lives that day. "I need to pay my respects for everybody that did not make it, and most importantly, I need to see Louis' cross," he says in the clip.

"For the first time in the series’ run, viewers will become acquainted with those featured on the program before the episode airs and follow their stories as they are being filmed." on.mtv.com/2aevbBI
