Disney World theme parks to reopen Saturday after Matthew

ORANGE COUNTY, Fla. — Disney World theme parks will reopen at 8 a.m. Saturday , park officials said.

The parks closed Thursday and remained closed Friday because of Hurricane Matthew.

Water parks, Disney Springs and mini golf will have normal operations on Saturday.

Mickey’s Not-So-Scary Halloween Party at Magic Kingdom was canceled Friday.

SeaWorld Orlando and Aquatica are expected to open by noon Saturday.
