COCOA BEACH, Fla. — Officers said they did not find any human remains Wednesday after receiving a tip about a body buried in the backyard of a home in Cocoa Beach.
A large excavation machine was seen in the backyard of the home, along with a mobile crime lab vehicle and several deputies.
Brevard County deputies spent several hours Wednesday digging up and searching the home on Woodland Avenue.

No human remains were found but authorities are continuing to follow up on leads related to the tip.
