VOLUSIA COUNTY, Fla. — An accident shut down southbound Interstate 95 at U.S. 1 in Volusia County.
Two of the lanes reopened just after 5:30 p.m. but there was still a lengthy backup on the southbound side.
Emergency crews are on the scene and have closed all of the southbound lanes at the exit near Ormond Beach.
