ORLANDO, Fla. — Friday’s forecast will see partly cloudy skies with temperatures in the low 80s.
In the afternoon, look for a 20% chance of showers developing along the coast.

This weekend, cooler temperatures will continue with overnight lows in the 70s and the chances of rain Saturday and Sunday at about 20%.
Looking into next week, the wet weather will continue with the potential for afternoon showers at around 60% with highs in the low 80s.
In the Atlantic, a low-pressure system could develop this weekend or early next week.
Meteorologist Brian Shields said the system has the potential to become a larger storm, which could mean a higher chance of rain next week, bringing gusty winds, high seas, and beach erosion to Florida’s East Coast.

Another area just to the southeast of the Caribbean could develop this weekend and into next week.
An area of low pressure may form, and it could work its way back to the Southeast United States later next week.
