About 20 people displaced after apartment catches fire in Orlando, firefighters say

ORLANDO, Fla. — About 20 people were displaced after a fire broke out on the second floor of an apartment building in Orlando, firefighters said.

At about 3:30 a.m., firefighters were called to the Fleetwood apartments at 806 Highland Avenue.

Firefighters said eight apartments were involved in the blaze.

The people who were displaced are being assisted by the Red Cross, firefighters said.

No one was hurt in the fire.

Arson investigators are on their way to the scene.

The cause of the fire remains under investigation.
