A Winter Springs man is accused of having sex with an underage girl at a couple locations across Seminole County after the two met on Snapchat, according to investigators.
Anthony Nave, 19, is being charged with lewd and lascivious battery on a child, according to the Seminole County Sheriff’s Office.
Nave and the underage girl, who is between the ages of 12 and 16, met through Snapchat earlier this month, according to the arrest affidavit.
Nave has since bonded out of jail.
The victim told investigators they met and had sex multiple times. The last time, Nave left the victim in the park of the Trinity Bay subdivision. The victim walked to the gas station and called the Sheriff’s Office for help.
