70-year-old man stabbed to death, son charged with his murder, deputies say

ORANGE COUNTY, Fla. — A 70-year-old man is dead after he was stabbed to death during an argument with his son, according to Orange County deputies.

Deputies said when they arrived at the Penrill Court home around 11 p.m. Tuesday, they found the man's 41-year-old son, identified as Deopersaud Ramdihal, attempting to leave the scene with blood on his clothes. They said his father was unresponsive inside the home with multiple stab wounds.

Deputies said they arrested the 41-year-old and charged him with first-degree murder with a weapon.

The father, identified as Ramlochan Ramdihal, was pronounced dead at Health Central Hospital.
