SANFORD, Fla.,None — Sanford police responded to the scene of a fatal shooting Sunday night.
Police said they were called to 1231 Twin Trees Lane in Sanford for an altercation between two men shortly after 7 p.m.
When they arrived they found one man dead from a gunshot wound.
Police have not released the names of the men involved in the shooting.
They said a suspect in the shooting turned himself in and a gun was recovered. The suspect was being questioned at Sanford Police Headquarters Sunday night.
