Low-THC cannabis oil on sale in Florida for some patients of seizure disorders

Patients who suffer from seizure disorders may have another treatment available to them.

Some medical cannabis providers started selling a type of low-THC cannabis oil called "Haleigh's Hope" on Monday,

It is a type of anti-seizure treatment named after Haliegh Cox, a child from Georgia who suffers from Lennon-Gastaut syndrome.

Haliegh had suffered from hundreds of seizures a day and was being treated by five different medications, CNN reported.

That was until her parents found out about a form of medical marijuana used to treat her condition. She started a treatment of cannabis oil, four times a day and once at night.
