LITTLE ROCK, Ark. — An Arkansas mother’s Facebook post about how an Olive Garden waiter went above and beyond to make sure that she and her family enjoyed their meal has been shared more than 28,000 times.
Dallas French said in the post that her family went to the Little Rock restaurant after her infant daughter underwent some tests in a hospital.
As French was about to feed the baby, she spilled the bottle and had to prepare another one.
According to the post, the waiter had just brought the salad and breadsticks.
“Let me feed her and you eat,” he told French.
French ate her salad and breadsticks. She wrote: “He didn't even know what we had (gone) through that day and showed us love and understanding - not irritated that I had made a mess and my baby was screaming.”
Olive Garden commented on the post:
"We will be sure to share these kudos with our Little Rock team so this team member can be recognized! Thanks for sharing this and for dining with us! See you again soon!"
