La Niña arrives, Central Florida notices already

Thursday morning, NOAA's Climate Prediction Center released a statement declaring that La Niña pattern has indeed arrived.

1. Eastern tropical Pacific water temperatures must be cool, below average.
2. Rainfall has decreased over the central tropical Pacific Ocean.
3. Indonesia's rainfall has increased.
4. The easterly equatorial winds have become stronger.
