ORANGE COUNTY, Fla. — 9 Investigates learned the sister of an MBI agent was not arrested for her alleged role in a high-end human-trafficking ring, despite admitting her involvement more than a year ago.
Luxury cars, party buses, and a high-rise apartment were all paid for by selling sex, investigators said after a raid in Orange County earlier in the week.
The accused pimp in the operation, Jason Beaumont, was allegedly in a relationship with an MBI agent's sister.

The sister admitted to her brother that she was starting up an escort service, according to a 72-page affidavit.
The agent immediately turned everything in to his chain of command, but when asked why the MBI hasn't arrested her, authorities said they don't have probable cause.
Beaumont was allegedly putting thousands of dollars a week into the account of the MBI agent's sister.
Court records said the agent learned his sister was assisting Beaumont with an escort organization by recruiting women on the Internet to work as escorts.
She admitted Beaumont was giving her $2,000 to $5,000 a week.
WFTV is not identifying the woman because her brother works undercover.
He was first to turn in information about her to his chain of command, but even after a separate Crimeline tip, accusing her of recruiting for the high-end human-trafficking ring she still was not arrested.
"Certainly there appears to be enough evidence to warrant the level of investigation that was conducted on others that ultimately led to their arrest," said WFTV legal analyst Bill Sheaffer.
Documents said Beaumont took down one of his alleged escort websites, TheOvernightKiss, after he claimed that someone had tipped him off that the MBI was watching him.
Agents said the claims he was tipped off are false, but no internal investigation was opened.
MBI's Director Ron Stucker said the agent did the right thing by bringing the information forward, not knowing if his sister would get in trouble as a result.
He said if probable cause can be determined, she could be arrested, like the others involved.
