ORLANDO, Fla. — A 20-year-old man was arrested for child porn Thursday morning, and investigators say he had more than 100 pictures of naked children. Investigators with the Florida Department of Law Enforcement (FDLE) said he may be an offender and they're glad they got him off the streets before Halloween.

WFTV was at a home on Longworth Street in the Conway area (see map) when investigators arrested Adam Joseph Gibbs (video | images). They were concerned Gibbs was going to use Halloween to try to lure children.
"They say you have pics of young girls, toddlers on your computer," WFTV reporter Q. McCray said to Gibbs, who wouldn't comment about the child pornography charges filed against him as he was getting in a deputy cruiser.
According to FDLE, he had approximately 150 pictures of young, naked girls on his computer. FDLE removed evidence from the home (see images) .
"We're going to put a forensic expert on it to see if we can identify any kids," special agent FDLE Jack Massey said.
State agents said Gibbs had the photos on his computer's hard-drive and was sharing them with people around the world, using a file-sharing website called LimeWire.
"This suspect is 20 years old. How alarming is that?" McCray asked Massey.
"It is alarming. I'm glad we caught him in time," Massey replied. "We're just concerned it went past just having photos."
Special agents plan to ask Gibbs if he's had any inappropriate contact with minors.
"I'm just shocked and disgusted it's someone my age," neighbor Richel Weingerter said.
Neighbors WFTV spoke with feared the elaborate Halloween setup was a way to attract children to Gibbs' house.
"Trick-or-treaters, yes, I think it was a lure, and unfortunately and that's just how our society is," Weingerter said.
Gibbs is a student at the Universal Technical Institute whose been living with his uncle since January. His uncle, Tim Charlton, said he knew nothing about his nephew's criminal acts.
"Trust me, if I knew that he wouldn't be here. And I'm not talking about out of the house. He would be getting help," Charlton said.
State agents are working to find out if Gibbs took the photos. He's charged with possession and transmission of child pornography.
Gibbs was booked into the Orange County jail.
