LAKE COUNTY, Fla. — The Florida Department of Law Enforcement arrested a Lake County man who is accused of downloading child pornography on his computer.
Agents served a search warrant at William Keehn's home in Sorrento Tuesday morning, authorities said.
Detectives said they have been investigating Keehn since late 2014, when they discovered child pornography was being shared from his home computer.
FDLE said in addition to the computer and child pornography, they found hidden cameras at Keehn's house.
"Numerous computers, computer equipment, DVDs, cameras, web cameras, things of that nature were seized as evidence, along with child pornography," FDLE Special Agent Jack Massey said.
Because of all of the cameras seized, investigators said they fear Keehn could have been making his own child pornography.
"Any parents who believe their children were over at this gentleman's house, this defendant's house, please call the police department and let us know," Massey said.
People who live near Keehn were shocked to learn of his arrest.
"You just don't ever know. No matter where you live today, you don't know what's next to you anymore. It's a shame. It's pathetic," resident Ceil Pelletier said.
Authorities said Keehn is married and has children. He's being held at the Lake County Jail without bond.
