ORLANDO, Fla. — Thousands of young girls and their parents packed Florida Mall in Orlando Saturday for the grand opening of the new American Girl store.
Shoppers needed a ticket to get in the store and had to wait until their number was called.
American Girl dolls can cost more than $100 each.
The store offers everything from small furniture, accessories and spa packages for the dolls.
Customers can also have the doll’s hair done for $25.
The store has a bistro and a private party room.
It’s the second American Girl store in the state.
