KISSIMMEE, Fla. — An investigation is underway after a pedestrian was hit and killed by an Amtrak train.
The incident happened Tuesday around 7 p.m.
Officials said the train was heading from Miami to New York when it hit the victim, who was on the tracks, 10 miles south of Kissimmee.
None of the train passengers were hurt.
The victim's name has not been released.
